ABOUT BAILEE

Hi! I'm Bailee Francis, and I'm so excited to be part of the team at KLC Pediatric Therapy. I earned my Master of Education from Texas A&M University in 2016 (Whoop!) and previously worked as a high school speech and debate teacher, where I developed a passion for helping students build confidence and communication skills.

As part of a military family, I've had the opportunity to live in Virginia, Washington, and Colorado before finally making our way back home to Texas. My husband and I have two wonderful children, Caroline and Tanner, and an English Springer Spaniel who definitely considers himself one of the kids—and honestly, we do too!

When I'm not working, you can usually find me spending time with my family, reading a good book, or baking something sweet. I love connecting with families and helping children learn, grow, and thrive, and I look forward to being part of your child's journey.
